Country Agents (CAs) represent Tier two (T2) in the three-tier model ebsilon implements across different countries. CAs are responsible for: Promoting and selling training programs and other Ebsilon services. Recruitment of training centers within their designated country. Inspection of centers prior to approval by Ebsilon. Completing Authorization Forms with Ebsilon Pre-Approved Training Centers. Collection of applicable fees within its designated country. Performing QA Audits and Visits on behalf of Ebsilon. Invigilation of exams on behalf of Ebsilon (optional).

Authorized Training Centers (ATCs) represent Tier three (T3) in the three-tier model ebsilon implements across different countries. ATCs are responsible for:
- Promoting and selling training programs (IOS, PHS2, and ITECH).
- Promoting and selling Exams (BELexam).
- Complying with QA standards.
- Documentation of records pertaining to Ebsilon programs and services.
- Supplying necessary documents pertaining to Ebsilon programs and services to CAs/Ebsilon when requested.
- Informing CAs and Ebsilon if any discrepancies from Ebsilon program/services, appear.

Authorized Instructors (AIs) are those instructors who are selected carefully and have achieved the qualification criteria for instruction certification by Ebsilon. Passionate AIs:
- possess what it takes to deliver high-quality effective training,
- use modern and up-to-date training techniques/methods, and
- monitor/evaluate training performance and value feedback, rigorously.
AIs are either selected directly by Ebsilon or by recommendation of Authorized Training Centers – ATCs. Below is a list of certified instructors
Exam invigilation and control is one key element in our quality process. Authorized Examiners (AEs) are carefully selected by Ebsilon and they must meet examiners’ criteria to become certified as Examiners. AEs will invigilate BELexam sessions at Ebsilon Authorized Training Centers (ATCs).
