Project Scope of Work
After identifying the actual development needs for heads of departments and section managers, applying the focus groups techniques developed and especially customized training materials ensuring the delivery of highly interactive, incorporating group activities, case studies, role-playing exercises, and customized adults’ business games.

These workshops helped foster personal development, effective team leadership, change management, and core managerial skills, ensuring a strong, capable management team, at KHCC targeted departments. The workshops covered leadership capacity areas like self-development skills, team leadership skills, change management skills, and other management skills, including strategy implementation workshops.

- To design and deliver interactive capacity-building workshops aimed at enhancing essential competencies for 50+ middle management employees.
- To develop skills in personal growth, team leadership, change management, and core management functions, contributing to a more resilient, efficient, and adaptive management team.
- To contribute to KHCC overall enhancement of competency-based development plan that maintains the leading-edge position of the KHCC in the region.
